The attached form is to be completed for any student who expects to return to school later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 and on or before September 14, 2022.  Please return the completed form to woodward@sd38.bc.ca before June 24, 2002.  Also attach a letter that contains an explanation of the extenuating circumstances for returning late.

If a student returns after September 14, 2022, we cannot reserve a spot, and the student may need to be placed at another school upon his or her return.
