 Richmond CCRR also offers the Richmond Early Years Library (REYL), where you can register for a free account to borrow a variety of toys, puzzles, books, CD books, and natural materials. REYL is located in the Caring Place (280 – 7000 Minoru Boulevard, Richmond, BC V6Y 3Z5). Upon arrival at the Caring Place, please take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor and proceed down the left corridor to #280.
