Dear Woodward families,

Please see the attached form.  If you are anticipating a late return at the start of the next school year, please ensure that the attached form is completed and returned to Mr. Sala/school office by June 20, 2025, along with a letter explaining any extenuating circumstances or reason for your child(ren)'s late return.

Please be aware that an extended absence without notification at the start of the school year may result in loss of placement and your child may need to attend another school upon return.
