As part of the process of expanding the concept of leadership, the students undertook a "Friendship Rock" activity. In family teams each student decorated a river rock with an inspirational phrase. The leadership students then went on a walking field trip to the nearby walking trails and placed the rocks on display for the community to enjoy.
